End Clutch
Rebuild
Remove the old outer piston seal and replace. Coat the new seal with petroleum jelly

Time to re-assemble. Carefully place the piston back into the End Clutch housing. Replace the 1" inner piston seal and coat with petrolium jelly

Here is the fun part! It is extremely hard to put the C-clip and washer back into place without a press. One of them I had a local transmission shop reassemble for me and the other took two people to reassemble. Your choice.

Here is the old clutch pack

If you are replacing the End Clutch Frictions, you will need to soak them in transmission fluid. Otherwise, skip ahead to finish up the End Clutch

Re-assemble the clutch pack with the new frictions

Place the clutch pack back into the End Clutch housing and put the large outer retaining spring back into place

All done!
