Simon Bauer's 1999 Proton Satria

This is an Australian Proton with a 4G92 (1.6 liter) engine

• 4G92 SOHC 1600cc (1.6)
• PAINT: Pearl White.
• 14" alloy wheels standard ... good for racing :o)
• carbon fibre dash panelling and instrumentation - factory fitted standard.
• MOMO-lookalike leather gear knob (although the lever NEEDS to be shortened)
• leather gearboot
• leather-bound standard steering wheel (non-airbag - which means I can change it :o)

• Pioneer DEH-P6050 headunit 4x45watt detachable flip-face
• Stock front speaker (Blaupunkt 5")
• Pioneer 8" 3-way coaxial speaker (250watt max.) mounted in custom 1"
• upholstered MDF rear parcel shelf.

• 2" exhaust from cat-back, single small muffler (relocated behind cat), no resonator, twin-DTMS tips centrally mounted.
• air-intake mods
• Suspension lowered 1.75" front and 1.5" rear using shorter stiffer Pedders springs.
• still using original shock absorbers
• 35% (percentage of light allowed thru) window tint (darkest legal level in Oz)
• modified rear skirting (to fit exhaust) made by Talon Bodykits
• modified front bumper using Freedom bodykits lower lip ... and then modified by CYBER Motorsports with meshing and aluminium plating.
• side skirts still to be made.

Currently looking at larger wheels ... and then I can lower my suspension properly when this is done.

And more modifications to come for sure .... not sure what will be next .... it depends what I see and like ... and when I can afford ... :o)
