Lafayette's Colt

This is Lafayette Horner's 1991 Plymouth Colt. It now has a turbocharged DOHC 2.0. He lives in Pocatello, ID, USA.

Top of the line Clarion deck with a MTX 2160 amp and a Kicker 6" sub.

Swap info:

The swap consisted of:

engine (4G63 DOHC 16V turbo)

transmition (5- speed)

Hydralic clutch

shifter and linkage

ECU and all wiring for the engine

part of the 2.0 exhaust

I was swapping from a 1.5L to a 2.0 turbo. So, there was much much more than just unplugging and plugging.

I would just like to update u all on my latest kills: Older trans am , guessing 1975 (the guy just had to pull me over to see what I had in it. He couldn't belive that he had just been killed by a 4-banger. It was the first time for him!), 1995 mustang gt (He was one of those father hardened muscle car geeks. He had to blame his 4 carlenght loss on his "sliping clutch".) He has also beaten 2 other cars (a 97 shortbox 1500 chevy truck with a 350, and a 2000 sunfire GT). Previously he had beaten a 2000 dodge neon and a 1999 cavalier Z24 drag racing with his 1.5.
