The 609 MAS is known to flow over 400hp.
It is much more free-flowing than the stock 449 MAS.

The intake starts out 4", bends 90 degrees to a 3" outlet, into a 4" long section of 3" diameter aluminum tubing, into a 3" silicone 90 bend and 2.75" out.

Use a clamp to mark where you are cutting and a razor blade
I used pieces of a fake credit card that came in junk mail and blocked part of the bypas sections to get the right Air/Fuel ratio with the 609 MAS. Eventually the plastic will be removed and it will be compensated for electronically.
